3. Client Responsibilities

- Ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
- Forward any relevant communications received from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), Companies House, or other regulatory bodies to us immediately.
- Retain all underlying business records for the statutory periods required by UK law.
We will not be held responsible for any penalties, interest, or additional tax liabilities arising from your failure to provide accurate and timely information.
4. Fees and Payment
- Our fees will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of any work and will be detailed in your Letter of Engagement. Fees may be based on a fixed quote or calculated on an hourly basis depending on the service.
